In this hands-on role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the employee lifecycle, making a real impact on our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and supported from day one.
Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, team development, and performance management.
Assist with performance reviews and provide valuable input to support employee growth.
Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Support recruitment activities when needed.
Coordinate housing arrangements for international workers.
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in HR coordination or a generalist HR role, with a desire to expand your HR expertise.
Industry experience in Construction or Manufacturing is a plus, but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities - along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
A relevant qualification, such as a university degree or equivalent experience.
Experience using a HRIS is highly desirable.
