With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Brisbane and Colorado Springs, USA, we service most parts of the world.
Trisco Foods has 2 core divisions: Healthcare and Nutrition and Traditional Foods, and we are currently undergoing an expansion phase and are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team!
In the Health and Nutrition division we continually innovate to develop products that make a real difference to the lives of patients, particularly those suffering from Dysphagia. Customers in this side of the business include State Health Services, Public & Private Hospitals and Aged Care Organisations.
About the Role
* Reporting into our Head of Sales; you will strive to meet sales growth targets with new and existing customers
* Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers and explore growth opportunities
* Demonstrate the company’s value proposition to clients
* Deliver product training education sessions and supply a high level of customer service
* Work from the comfort of your home when you aren’t visiting clients
* Travel throughout NSW to service your clients
* Maintain a high level of customer focus and a solution-driven attitude
* Meet and work with distributors – building and implementing growth plans
* Full training of our product range will be provided
* Attend trade shows both nationally and internationally
* Be involved in our new product development process at the Brisbane manufacturing site

About You
* You will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field e.g. Business, Marketing, Commerce, International Business, Speech Pathology, Dietitics, Nursing
* 2+ years experience in a similar role (Aged Care/Healthcare is advantageous)
* You will have experience working in sales
* Experience working toward KPIs and sales targets
* Ability to develop long term strategic relationships
* Ability to negotiate and close sales
* You will own a reliable car
* Team player – you love working collaboratively and cross-functionally
* Ability to adapt and work autonomously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail
* Experience in Microsoft – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
