Right at Home Sydney The Hills has several opportunities available for Community Support Workers within our rapidly growing home care organization.Right at Home provides various in-home care services (to eligible clients) including, but not limited to, personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparations, social support, transport, respite care, and community access.The Companion Care Worker position involves social support, client transport, domestic assistance, and meal preparation shifts. The position does not include any personal care duties.The Personal Care Worker position involves showering clients, dressing, domestic assistance, social support, client transport, and meal preparation shifts. The individual must have a certificate 3 or 4 in aged, disability, or homecare.We offer services from Monday - Sunday anytime, making us a leading 24/7 Service Provider. These positions are best suited to candidates with flexible availability from Monday - Sunday, preferably with the ability to cover shifts starting from 6:30 am or shifts finishing up to 8:00 pm.To maintain continuity for our clients, we do ask for 2 weeks' notice for any change of availability, and candidates must meet the requirements regarding qualifications and compliance documentation.Ability to provide domestic care and transportation to shopping and doctors' appointments.A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.Excellent written and verbal skills.Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.High level of time management and organizational ability.Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.Experience in looking after elderly people.QualificationsFirst aid/CPR certificationCertificate 3 or 4 in aged, disability, or homecare.Preferred SkillsSatisfactory Australian National Police checkValid Working With Children CheckCurrent first aid and CPR certificateSmartphoneDriver's licence and their own car with comprehensive insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
