Duties and responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top – tier service and support. Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries. Assisting with general branch support and administration. Collaborate with other team members to streamline customer experience and improve sales processes. Who are you? Were open to candidates form all backgrounds. Whether your seasoned in sales or just starting out, what matters to us is your attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication and organizational skills Computer literate at an intermediate level. Proactive problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude ( desirable). Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
