The role will require an ability to effectively manage expectations and utilize recruitment analytics to assess metrics and improve processes.About You:The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills with a proven track record at a senior management level. You will have experience in strategic planning and operational leadership. You will possess an ability to foster positive stakeholder relationships and manage strong complex projects. You will be joining a highly collaborative executive team, working closely with the Chief People Officer, to provide expert advice to stakeholders at all levels. This role requires the successful candidate to clearly articulate the organisation's visions and values to attract top talent. The successful candidate will adjust strategies and practices on new information or changing circumstances.To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:Demonstrated extensive experience at a senior level in the management in a large complex organisation.Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as education, business, management, social sciences, or communications, and/or equivalent knowledge and experience.Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.As a condition of employment, successful candidates who have not previously worked for the department will be required to provide a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Clearance number. This option would allow the WWCC to naturally expire without further communication needed with the employee.
