Job Description Your day could look like: Oversee daily operations of production Monitoring production outputs and minimizing downtime Ensure QA standards and WHS policies are met People management, staff allocation and rostering (currently a team of 4 and will grow) Managing the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products Prepare and manage the department budget The Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate has: Trade qualified or engineering background (strong mechancial skills) Production Management experience in an ISO9001 environment Strong people management experience Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience with SAP Able to travel to Germany for 6 weeks for training What's on Offer In return you will receive: Competitive salary - $140-200k super Global business with strong growth plans for Australia Lots of investment in the site and opportunity to work on multiple projects
