Job Description
This role requires a passion for service and a commitment to creating moments of connection, ensuring every interaction feels personal and enriching.
Main Responsibilities:
* Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage for a smooth check-in and check-out process.
* Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining high professionalism.
* Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
* Support residents in the residences tower with any requests or services as needed.
* Arrange transportation for guests/residents/visitors and record advance transportation requests as necessary.
Requirements
* Previous experience in guest services or valet roles is preferred but not required.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
* Knowledge of the Gold Coast region is appreciated but not mandatory.
* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
* A friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude is required.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Current driver's license – manual transmission is preferred.
* Must have full Australian working rights.
