The role
Crown Towers is seeking an experienced hotelier to join the Crown Perth team as Chief Concierge.
As the Chief Concierge at Crown Towers you will manage the daily operations of the Concierge department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will motivate and lead the Concierge department to achieve the goals set by Hotel Management.
Your responsibility will be to ensure staff adhere to current policies and procedures in the pursuit of service excellence and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop opportunities to provide continuous elevated experiences for our guests.
About you
You'll bring the following:
Supervisory or management experience within a Concierge, Front Office team or luxury service provider Demonstrated experience in providing superior service standards and requirements Experience using Hotel Property Management Systems Strong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills A passion for Perth and Western Australia, a strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and bars Experience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System) Additional Information This role requires
