Full timeReporting to the Director, Strategic Workforce and Capability Support, Delivery Support Services, you will work closely with the Organisational Change and Training Team, practice managers, support teams, and subject matter experts to build the foundations for delivery excellence.You will be instrumental in driving business change activities and products in accordance with the approved Business Change Framework and Stakeholder Management Framework to specific programs and/or projects to ensure that stakeholders are well engaged, business change is established within the project delivery, and benefits of programs/projects are realised.You will provide expert advice to Project Directors regarding business change, including risks pertaining to their particular initiative, including mitigation strategies.Key responsibilities include: Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS values as outlined above.Lead the establishment of change processes, resources, initiatives, and strategies that support the health services' strategic direction (Destination 2030) and recognise the relationship between organisational goals and operational tasks.Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.Lead business change activities in programs and projects, including business change management, benefits realisation, and communication.Ensure internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and identified state-wide groups, are informed and engaged throughout the project by developing and maintaining effective stakeholder engagement plans and relationships.Is this opportunity for you?
