We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Advisor to support our client in providing advice and running recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted HR Advisor, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
* Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and in alignment with industry best practices.
* Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all employees.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and overall organisational success.
* Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continuously enhancing HR knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven experience as a HR Advisor or Recruiter.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organisation.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
* Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Working with Children check highly desirable.
