Your new company You will be joining a top local retail bank branch in Port Pirie that prides itself on serving the needs of the local community. Your new role You will be at the counter of a bank branch, assisting customers with their banking transactions: Helping up to 50 customers a day, face-to-face. Assisting customers with general enquiries, withdrawals, transactions, cash-orders, and minor service requests like changing a signatory to a community account. Generating referrals to the wider business based on customer conversations. Ensuring all information recorded in the system is accurate. Typical working hours are standard business hours, Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm, with occasional Saturday trade. Your primary branch will be located in Port Pirie, but you may be required to work at different branches to cover leave. A full driver's license and reliable transport are required, and you will be compensated for driving to different locations.
