The role requires an individual experienced in mineral processing and non-process infrastructure type industry maintenance.
You will be responsible for the preparation of the systems and processes to enable effective maintenance planning during operations.
This role will be on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Gascoyne region.
Your role Continuous improvement and optimisation of master data within the CMMS (Pronto).Execution of maintenance planning and scheduling processes to effectively manage technical resources and the required work across the Coburn mineral sands operation.Development of mechanical and electrical weekly work programs, including schedules and project plans/charting, to be executed by the Maintenance Supervisors that include planned maintenance tasks (overhauls, replacements, servicing), preventative maintenance (inspections, lubrication, condition monitoring) with allowance for urgent unplanned works.Assist in statutory and regulatory compliance through prioritisation of required tasks within the maintenance schedules.Assisting in ensuring that a condition monitoring program is maintained for critical items e.g.
vibration analysis, oil analysis, and records maintenance.Forecasting of major shutdown works and managing preventative maintenance schedules in line with operational requirements and targets.Defining external resource requirements and sourcing of specialist contractor labour through maintaining a forward workload within set KPI's.Monitor procurement of parts and consumables as well as logistics to site through coordination with Warehouse and procurement personnel.Assist in the continuous improvement of equipment and systems reliability through analysing relevant data and feedback from field personnel, downtime records, and incidents.Uphold and maintain associated documentation and maintenance system procedures, including optimisation of planning efficiency through the creation of standard work instructions for recurring maintenance activities.Ensure effective management of contractors and consultants.About you Knowledge of maintenance planning principles, procedures, and systems.A proven track record of safety management and a strong awareness of and commitment to a safe working culture.Pronto experience highly regarded.A sound understanding of mineral processing and associated equipment would be preferential.Be a good team player and have excellent communication skills.Excellent organisational ability with a keen eye for detail.This is an exciting time to join an emerging mineral sands producer and be instrumental in the successful operations of a world-scale greenfield project with opportunities for career development and progression.
