Our client, who is a highly successful lifestyle brand, has an incredible career opportunity for a talented and passionate Head of Marketing & Online to join their growing business. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will lead the strategic direction, brand development, and global performance of their marketing and online business whilst overseeing the team responsible for driving customer engagement, achieving revenue growth, and maintaining consistent brand identity across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute brand and marketing strategy globally to ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Own the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and communications are well-planned and timely.
3. Lead the brand strategy, including tone of voice, creative direction, and customer-first initiatives across all channels.
4. Oversee all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency across campaigns, EDMs, social, paid media, VM, Ecom & Online Performance.
5. Own the global online business performance, including achieving revenue and profit targets.
6. Develop and execute B2C digital marketing strategy across all channels: search (paid/organic), email/automation, display, and social.
7. Ensure the website reflects the brand whilst optimizing performance and leveraging best practices in online retail.
8. Manage the P&L for the online business, including budget planning and cost control.
9. Drive online innovation to meet and exceed customer expectations.
10. Manage, develop, and lead a team of 10+ across Marketing, Digital, and Customer Service, ensuring strong internal capabilities.
11. Oversee external agencies and partners, holding them accountable to targets and objectives.
12. Develop processes and procedures for marketing and online team efficiency.
13. Drive sales growth across B2B partnerships and retail channels.
14. Execute wholesale campaigns and initiatives that resonate with key buyers.
To be successful within this role, you will possess the following:
1. A Strategic Leader - develop and execute global marketing, brand, and eCommerce strategies.
2. Team Mentor - build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team.
3. An eCommerce Expert - drive online revenue growth while ensuring seamless customer experiences.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple resources and stakeholders.
5. Experience in growing a successful brand.
6. Analytical and commercial understanding - use data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions.
7. At least 5 years’ experience in a related industry and role.
