We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP and SAP Innovation.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
* Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance and Controlling Solutions to Capgemini clients
* Play a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and contribute to successful project delivery
* Act as a functional expert responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle
* Lead business process workshops and interact well with clients to understand their business, and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge
* Work with business process owners, architects, and business SME’s to develop the To-Be business processes and integration with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape
Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:
* Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations, with at least 3 full end-to-end SAP Implementations including S/4 HANA experience (On Premise or Public Cloud)
* Senior FICO functional consultant with 7 to 10+ years of SAP FI-CO in multiple implementations
* Experience working with Banking/Treasury, Results analysis, US GAAP, IFRS.SAP FI/CO Consultants with Banking experience are required.The consultant should know SAP FI specifically Banking configuration, EDI, coordinate with different Banks and end-to-end testing.
* S/4 HANA experience would be a plus for this role.Identify functional requirement definitions through analysis of current and targeted business processesMap requirements to SAP IM functionalityAdvise business team on various solution options.
* Design how the new system will support required business processes.
* Prepare the Blueprint and detailed design documentation.
* Prepare technical specifications for various development and enhancement work to fill the gaps in requirements.
* Ensures the IT team lead reviews and approves various technical specifications.
* Carry out configuration of the SAP IM module as per the agreed functional design and prepare configuration documentation.
* Develop and conduct unit testing of the application configuration, development programs, custom reports, and portal enhancements, as per the testing methodology and plan.Assist in resolving technical issues and research technical solutions.
