The Successful Applicant A successful IT System Support Analyst should have: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Proficiency in IT systems and applications.
Preferably SQL Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work well in a team and independently.
A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
