Austcorp Executive is partnering with a growing business the specialises in the design, manufacture and delivery of cutting edge mobile power infrastructure for the mining industry and for remote sites. Our client is looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their growing team in a full time position. This is a full time position based in Perth,WA. The key duties will include by not be limited to: Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies & procedures Monitor outstanding purchase orders, expedite deliveries as required and update internal stakeholders on any supply issues, escalating where necessary Align purchases with production demand to minimise stock levels Maintain accurate inventory records A little bit about you Experience in a Purchasing Administration role or a similar role Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication business (Preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
