Manager Foster and Kinship Care - Permanency Support Program

Anglicare is a sanctuary-certified organisation. We deliver the Permanency Support Program - Anglicare Foster & Kinship Care services across NSW's Southern and Western Region.
About Role:
* Leads a team of professionals in delivering trauma-informed and therapeutic case management services.
* Oversees and manages the provision of permanency services to ensure the best outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
* Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans tailored to individual needs.
* Provides guidance and support to staff members, ensuring a cohesive and nurturing work environment.
* Stays updated with industry developments and best practices, applying them to enhance the program's effectiveness.

About you:

* Strong knowledge of our long-term goals, values, activities, and work practices.
* Experienced manager with a solid understanding of the NSW Permanency Support Program, including emerging issues and developments.
* Innate leader who leads by example and can work autonomously when necessary.
What will you need?
* Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline
* A minimum of five years of experience working with Children and Young People in OOHC
* Experience in working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and their communities
