Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our new Bundaberg Showroom, which is opening soon. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks and will be work closely with the Senior Leadership team to achieve our ambitious goals. Establishing and leading a new Move Mobility Showroom in Bundaberg that provides products, expertise and advice to health professionals and clients in the provision of equipment and healthcare solutions.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the business
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve high levels of performance and engagement
Implement the systems, processes and procedures to launch the store with a customer centric focus.
Recruiting, training and developing new Move Mobility staff as required by the business
Understand and use the computer systems involved in the sales process, while suggesting and discussing process and control improvements utilising your skillset and experience.
Maintaining and building relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, various managers and a variety of health and disability industry professionals
Ensure financial performance targets are met or exceeded
Providing information to customers about our range of mobility and healthcare products services
Coordinating with the team responses to customer and referrer queries regarding products, delivery and maintenance
Facilitating the rental, sale and repairs of mobility products and ensure timely deliveries to customers
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Assisting with various administration tasks
Qualifications:
At least five years experience as a general manager or manager of a team.
You preferably have strong experience in retail, aged care or healthcare
You must possess strong leadership skills and be able to grow and manage a team.
You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are a team player
You must have a strong work ethic and the ability to deliver
You will be great at connecting with people and want to make a difference
You have excellent administration skills and a willingness to always be learning
