Morcare Services are looking for support workers to join the team and work for our client based in Dandenong and Aspendale Gardens with Sleepover support. Shift Times and Locations: Aspendale Gardens Weekly Tuesday OR Wednesday Inactive Sleepover Support with a client who requires assistance with their evening Personal Care routine, before an inactive sleepover. The client then requires assistance after the inactive sleepover with their morning care routine. The Role Morcare an opening to assist a client with Sleepover Support. A sleepover shift means that you sleep at night on the clients premises for a period of 8 hours, where you will have access to your own room, clean linen, and the use of appropriate facilities including food preparation. These shifts also have 'active' hours attached before and after the sleepover component to assist the client with their nighttime and/or morning routines which can include hoist transfer, showering assistance, personal care and general domestic assistance and duties. A competitive sleepover allowance is paid in addition to any active work performed. Qualifications: A Certificate or qualification that relates to Support Workers duties is preferred, but not required. We may consider transferable skills and personal experience as part of your application.
