We are seeking an experienced Service Designer for a short term contract to assist with a project with one of our clients in Perth, WA. This role will take the lead on facilitating, identifying and mapping out the high level service delivery needs for the whole organisation.
Someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, asks for help, advocates modern design practices and is comfortable talking to customers, executives and board members.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience as a Service Designer, UX Strategist or similar
* Experience with human centred design, user research, service mapping, user journey mapping and prototyping
* Track record facilitating workshops with complex, senior stakeholder groups
* Experience driving strategy and storytelling about whole organisation services
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams
Nice-to-haves
* Experience working with clinical psychologists or counselling service teams
* Mentoring designers and researchers
* Technology procurement, RFP’s and tender processes
* Commercial experience and financial modelling
* Interest in the possibilities and ethics of software and digital systems
