You will work closely with the HR Manager and team to deliver a broad range of services, including recruitment, learning and development, health, safety, and employee wellbeing initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee files, letters, and ensure compliance with policies.Handle HR administrative tasks, monitor the HR mailbox, and resolve payroll-related issues.Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and assist with HR audits, projects, and reporting.Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job ads, interviews, pre-employment checks, and onboarding.Ensure recruitment aligns with the company's values and attracts top talent.Assist with employee events, training coordination, and maintaining the Learning and Development calendar.Support workshops, surveys, and organisational transformation initiatives.Assist the HR department with health, safety, and wellbeing programs.Manage the induction program and support employee engagement and feedback surveys.What We Are Looking For: Proven experience in an HR administrative or officer role.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (desirable).Strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and systems.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Advanced skills in MS Office and HR software.High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.A proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset.Requirements: The right to work in Australia (evidence required).A current National Police Check (dated within the last 3 months) or willingness to apply.Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to apply.Minimum two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.If you're passionate about HR, people development, and making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
