Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves leading and supporting a high-performing sales team, identifying new distribution channels, and building on the APAC market through networks, activities, and trade shows.

Requirements:
* Previous sales management experience with a focus on Key Account Management (KAM)
* Experience in the retail, wholesale, games, or toys industry (advantageous)
* Demonstrated experience in building markets in APAC
* Advanced communication, influence, and negotiation skills
* Market research experience, reporting, and competitor analysis
* Results-driven, team collaborator, and eager to build the network
