About the role:
* Handling and addressing rental enquiries
* Managing lease renewals
* Processing applications and conducting references
* Assisting the property management team with day to day activities
* Leave cover for property management team
* Overflow duties from all positions
* Initial lease signup
* Preparing court files
* Insurance claims in liaison with Maintenance Manager
* Managing end of tenancy process
About you:
* Experience in real estate is an advantage, but attitude and passion are more important.
* Administration experience with strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills
* Must be a confident communicator being able to build rapport and help clients
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
