Partnering with various leadership teams across the Regulatory and Delivery portfolio, which includes at least 11 different businesses comprising of approximately 4000 employees. This includes working with leaders across Building Commission NSW, SafeWork NSW, NSW Fair Trading and Regulatory Services, Births Deaths and Marriages, Customer Delivery and Transformation, State Insurance Regulator (SIRA), plus various independent agencies.
You will make your mark by shaping workforce capability, partnering with leaders for people case management and delivering outcome-focused solutions.

A typical day of work for you might include:
5. Acting as a trusted partner to Executive and Senior Business Leaders, translating organisational objectives into quality organisational and talent management initiatives.
6. Partnering with the business to deliver workforce initiatives to support their people strategies.
7. Demonstrating your facilitation skills to deliver strategically aligned workshops to a range of stakeholders.
8. Delivering to an audience of senior executives.
9. Strategic Workforce Planning and delivery of initiatives.
10. Lead the planning, design, delivery of complex projects, including Change and Restructure Management programs of work.

15. You have a background or maybe even qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Design, or something similar and can draw from this experience as needed.
16. You have experience, or the confidence needed, to articulately present complex information to stakeholders from across the business, including to an audience of senior executives.
17. Demonstrated experience or understanding of developing workplace strategies and frameworks, Strategic Workforce Planning, and delivery of initiatives.
Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role startingat $120859 base plus superannuation
