Position: Risk Assessment and Management Framework (RAMF) Champion
Status: Permanent Full Time
Annual Salary: $86,272.01 – $90,797.88 (inclusive of all allowances/loadings), plus superannuation
Qualification: Relevant qualifications in Social Services, specifically relating to the prevention of domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV)

Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of the RAMF into organisational policy and procedure to improve DFSV responses of universal services.
* Provide training to Northern Territory staff to ensure their understanding of RAMF and ensure that it is embedded in not just policy but practice NT wide.
* Support with targeted, effective and supportive outreach programs in remote communities where required.
Requirements:
* Eligible to work in Australia
* Live in or willing to move to Darwin, NT
* Relevant qualifications in Social Services, specifically relating to the prevention of DFSV
* Current NT Working with Children Check
* Satisfactory National Police Clearance
Selection criteria:
* Ability to travel
* Experience in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and high level of cultural intelligence
* Organisational skills including general organising, planning, time management, scheduling, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines
* High level of interpersonal and communication skills
* Understanding of, and commitment to comply with the organisation’s code of ethics, vision (spirit), policies and procedures and to support the organisations culture
* Experience in building successful relationships with staff, families and community
