About the role: Reporting to the Quarry Manager you will be responsible for assessing and fulfill Customer needs by exerting a great deal of knowledge, empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate orders and delivery activities, while maintaining a high standard of service for the external customer.
Day to day duties: * Provide communication with customers through all means necessary to keep them informed throughout the administration process.
* Ensure all phone calls are answered professionally and in a timely manner.
* Create and prepare all Inquiry, Quotation, Contract and Sales Orders accurately within the appropriate databases and within the business charted expectations.
* Coordinate deliveries with Customers and liaise with the Dispatch Team to ensure deliveries are scheduled and delivered within the requested time frame/s.
