About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Customer Onboarding Team as a Team Leader in Brisbane.
This is a crucial role in welcoming new customers to BOQ, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of onboarding specialists, guiding and coaching them to meet daily targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure correct identification of customers according to KYC standards
* Oversee team performance and motivate staff to achieve high-quality standards
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes
* Engage with key stakeholders to improve procedures and ensure timely completion of KYC/Customer Due Diligence
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing teams and leading operational activities
* Experience in AML/ CFT & KYC obligations for both individual and non-individual customer onboarding (desirable)
* Strong leadership skills and ability to handle changing workflows and priorities
