The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.Could that be you?Your opportunity:The Learning Solutions Designer is a highly consultative role, with key engagement points being the Learning Solutions Design Manager, Capability Business Partners, Go-To-Market managers and operational change analysts across multiple sales channels, specialists across the broader capability team and wider People Experience team. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.You'll make impact by:Collaborating within the Capability Team to design and develop learning solutions that meet agreed learning and business outcomes.Consulting with identified stakeholders to analyse, develop and deliver all skills development requirements.Identifying Product, Process, System, Compliance skills/knowledge gaps.Evaluating deployment outcomes and coordinating any additional support requirements.Developing roadmap and milestones to ensure capability and learning initiatives are deployed on time and within any agreed budget.Maintaining and enhancing all learning solutions and strategies.Ensuring all capability and learning material is designed in line with Learning Solutions Design team standards and the company brand voice guidelines.Utilising adult learning and instructional design principles to develop all online learning and face-to-face materials.Continually managing risk through stakeholder and legal sign off process.Delivering innovative and highly engaging development programs.Managing the successful deployment of learning solutions, including the preparation of supporting systems/platforms, effective communication to audience groups and stakeholders.What you’ll bring:Experience in online design and/or facilitation.TAE 40110 / TAA40104 (Cert 4 in Training) would be advantageous.Telecommunications or Retail/Sales/Contact Centre experience highly desirable.Tertiary qualified in adult education (desirable but not essential).Working knowledge of e-learning authoring software and LMS systems and frameworks.Ability to build solid working relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.What's in it for you?Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)‘Stay Connected Mobile’ – Access to a free mobile plan‘Stay Connected NBN’ – Access to a free NBN 100 planAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunitiesAccess to Corporate Partner DiscountsCome join us and build a better future.
