Working closely with the Lead of Engineering - CIAM, you will oversee all aspects for our customer Identity and Access Platform engineering teams. Your responsibilities will encompass engineering processes such as system design, development, CI/CD, production support, continuous process improvement, as well as contributing to strategy and roadmaps. You will cultivate an innovative culture that promotes lateral thinking and early risk identification, while adopting a collaborative approach to problem-solving.You will collaborate closely with engineers in your team on building cutting edge technology solutions across Customer Auth, Access and Fraud Prevention. You will be responsible for the overall health of the technology platform and the cadence of delivery for new features. What will you bring? Relevant experience managing engineering team in an agile environmentTechnical background in software development, with experience in software design, and operating mission-critical platformsExperience in design, development and implementation of micro-services, Identity and biometric platformsStrong experience in cloud-based technologies, including SaaSPrevious experience optimising API performance, scalability, and security.Strong technical background in managing authentication and authorisation solutions.Experience in implementing OpenID, OAuth 2.0, SAML, CDR and Connect ID So why join us?
