The role:
Our Asset Management Services Team is regarded as a leader in the provision of property management services to some of Australia’s most respected institutional and corporate clients. To support your key clients, your success will hinge on your ability to provide superior client service, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and achieve set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team with day-to-day activities associated with managing client portfolios.
* Coding of invoices, and financial accounting including accounts payable, receivable, and budgeting.
* Raise Purchase Orders as required
* Arrears Management
* Raise Sundry charges as required
* Undertake fixed, CPI and assist with market rent reviews.
* Lease maintenance to ensure information is up to date and correct.
* Monthly tenant reporting which will include, general issues, maintenance issues, upcoming works, relevant schedules, and arrears recommendations.
* Monitoring and following up on any defects and ongoing maintenance of your portfolio, assigning works, and ensuring work orders are completed and actioned accordingly.
* Establish, maintain, and build conciliatory, proactive open relationships with all tenants, clients and service providers.

* Have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar property role
* Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property)
* Hold a valid and current Agents Representative/Certificate of Registration (essential)
* Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite
* Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail.
* Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team.
* Look for opportunities to contribute, innovate and add value.
* Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously.
* Be able to coordinate business submissions and reports
