Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) - Clinical Fellow
This is a 12-month Fixed term, Full Time position commencing 2nd February 2026.
Unit Description:
Clinical Haematology is a unified department formed between the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and is the largest haematology service in the country. We provide publicly funded, evidence-based care for patients with haematologic disorders from across Melbourne and beyond, within eight specialised disease groups, each led by a nationally recognised and experienced clinical leader in their area. Clinical Haematology is a vibrant multi-disciplinary service providing advanced care and research opportunities in all aspects of haematology.
About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Clinical Haematology team. This is a full-time, 12 month Fixed-Term position, working 86 hours per fortnight, based at The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
About You:
1. Registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (for international Medical Graduates)
2. MBBS or equivalent tertiary qualifications
3. Post graduate qualifications in haematology (FRACP, FRCPA) or equivalent
4. Have significant experience in haematology, particularly bone marrow transplantation
5. Ability to work in a team
6. Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
