In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable business insights that drive strategic decision-making.The team focuses on driving future process improvements, delivering clear and actionable insights, and building data literacy capabilities across the agency and its regions.
Driving the use data analysis and visualisation tools to help our agency clients make informed decisions to better serve the community.You will have strong support from management and the broader team, with ongoing training and coaching provided across all aspects of the role and the opportunity to develop both technical and business skills.If you're a data analyst with a strong drive for social good, this is the role for you!What you'll be doingGather, clean, and organise data from multiple sources to create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.Understand the organisation's strategy and evolving needs.
Capture business requirements and the underlying data and reporting needs.Translate discussions with subject-matter experts and stakeholders into actionable data and reporting products and insights.Turn key data insights into value-adding products for stakeholders.Present complex data in a clear, digestible format that suits stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy.Design and build reports, dashboards, and data products that support business processes and provide valuable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate data into actionable recommendations.Maintain data integrity and security through rigorous quality assurance processes.Share insights and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.What we're looking forTertiary qualification in Data Analytics.3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel and SQL queries.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in the Information & Communication Technology industry is highly desirable.Knowledge of database and analytics concepts.What we offerAt TeamNEO.tech, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and flexible work environment.
