Pathfinder Recruitment are excited to bring to market a great opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a managed services provider (MSP) working in Western Sydney. Working across a broad client base you will be servicing medical businesses across Sydney. This is a great team with a supportive work culture. This role will be office based and suits a junior looking to gain valuable IT experience, supporting multiple clients. About you Ideally you have 2+ years experience in technical support across Level 1 to Level 2 responsibilities. You should have a good understanding of IT products and services, particularly the Microsoft stack including Office 365, Active Directory and managing virtual environments. You should also have some networking troubleshooting experience across switches, routers and firewalls. In this role you will be working autonomously as well as part of a team. Building trust and managing client relationships will be an important part of your success. Key skills 2+ years experience in technical support Previous experience working in an MSP environment Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft Good systems support experience including Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Email support and applications support Networking experience across switches, routers and firewalls Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast paced environment Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and client relationships Excellent communication and customer service skills Requirements Qualifications in IT or equivalent or industry certifications Car and drivers licence Must hold PR or be an Australian Citizen to apply Nice to have Experience with medical systems or health care IT experience Experience with AWS and/or certifications Experience with Cyber Security Ready to chat?
