Job Description Liaising with relevant third parties to complete accommodation, travel and other relevant bookings associated with the relocation process.
Delivering a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating members and their families through world class case management and communication.
Expectation management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met within agreed time lines.
The Successful Applicant A successful Case Manager should have: Customer service experience is essential Previous experience as a claims officer, travel agent or recruiter is desirable Highly organised and able to effectively managing time lines Fantastic telephone manner
