Job Description
* Liaising with relevant third parties to complete accommodation, travel and other relevant bookings associated with the relocation process.
* Delivering a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating members and their families through world class case management and communication.
* Expectation management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
* Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met within agreed time lines.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Case Manager should have:
* Customer service experience is essential
* Previous experience as a claims officer, travel agent or recruiter is desirable
* Highly organised and able to effectively managing time lines
* Fantastic telephone manner
