About Us Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The Company produces 110koz of gold annually from two operations – the Plutonic Gold Mine in WA & the Henty Gold Mine in Australia. It also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo.
The Company plans to bring four new mining areas at Plutonic into production over the next 12 to 18 months, growing Group production to 200koz of gold.

Small, friendly team environment.The Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at the Plutonic Gold Mine. Reporting to the Processing Manager, the Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for mentoring, leading, and training technicians in laboratory tasks, from sample preparation through to analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction, and development while maintaining optimum performance of equipment to achieve low-cost production.
Ideal candidates will have:
Substantial proven experience operating/supervising on-site laboratoriesSignificant experience and ability to troubleshoot all aspects of gold analysis, specifically Fire assay and PAL analysisDemonstrate experience in developing/reviewing, updating and maintaining laboratory procedures and other documentation for relevance and accuracyHigh Risk Forklift LicenceNational Police Check meeting the requirements of the businessCurrent Unencumbered "C" Class Western Australian Drivers LicenceDesired Experience & Competencies:
