What’s the gig?
Komatsu Underground are on the hunt for a mechanical service technician to support our valued customers across mine sites stretching across the Hunter Valley and Mudgee regions.

• Mechanical Trade Qualification
• Experience working underground with development mining equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Key job responsibilities.
12. Provide customers with pro-active advice and support
13. Facilitate Flawless Start-up plans
14. Develop and standardise equipment and system commissioning plans.
15. Provide advanced technical support for equipment in the field.
16. Coordinate new product field trials and document results including any opportunities for product enhancement.
17. Collate field data and evidence for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major failures and unresolved reliability issues.
18. Engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to offer solutions for customer needs.
