The Role
You will initially provide 1st and 2nd line support to a variety of companies across the Perth metro area. As your knowledge of the company and its clients grows you will then be given the opportunity to visit sites across the metro area for both face to face support and also to assist with projects like network upgrades.
Our client’s success has been built on the quality of service they are providing and as a result of this they are only looking for people with excellent customer service skills and top notch communication skills.
Your Skills
Successful candidates must have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a 1st and 2nd line support role.
* Previous MSP experience is essential.
* Knowledge of MS desktop operating systems
* Knowledge of M365
* Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, AD, VMWare, Hyper-v
* Experience configuring, deploying and supporting hardware including laptops, Desktops, printers, scanners, etc.
* Basic grasp of basic networking concepts including LAN, WAN and telephony.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* You must have a current WA driving licence and vehicle.
