We are seeking applications from Registered Nurses with experience in Surgical Nursing across our specialised surgical wards, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Neurosurgery, Gynaecology and Plastics.

About the Role
* We require an experienced Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in Surgical Nursing across various specialities, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Neurosurgery, Gynaecology and Plastics.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Delivering safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care.
* Supervising, directing and guiding nursing team members and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver patient care.
* Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs.
* Leading successful quality improvement and safety management projects to deliver desired outcomes.
* Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
* Acting as a role model for Safe Practice.
About You
* You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an Acute Surgical environment in Australia.
* You hold a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
* A postgraduate degree/certificate in a relevant specialty is desirable.
* You must have current registration with AHPRA with no restrictions.
* You will need to undergo a police check and comply with ACQSHC National standards.
* You possess clinical expertise and a commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
* You are self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a high-functioning team.
* You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* You are proactive, motivated and customer-focused.
