An outstanding opportunity to join a recognised and rapidly growing organisation delivering high-profile projects in the energy transformation and mining sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure alignment with substation projects' (start to finish) safety goals, delivery on time and on budget.Identify change controls, project risks, delays, emergencies, disruptions and report immediately to Site Manager & Project Manager.Build relationships with contractors and clients.Collaborate with engineers, project team, and client representatives.Ensure construction components and subcontractors meet quality standards.Ensure projected workflow and work fronts provide continuity for construction activities.Maintain SOPs and preconstruction documents, monitor contract obligations.Manage onsite logistics, engineering, trades, and deliveries.Adhere to legal regulations, safety codes, and requirements.Participate in site and toolbox meetings.Oversee quality assurance and safety inspections.About YouElectrical trade, Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil), Project Management or equivalent.Over 10 years of Site/Construction Management experience in electrical construction, testing and commissioning of substations.Ability to autonomously read project technical drawings, specifications, and management systems.Knowledge in the application of WHS, demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.Ability to report project controls, read construction schedule, identify issues & monitor performance, plan & execute project delivery in accordance with project schedule, providing lookaheads and forecasts including identified risks.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, P6 & preferably PROCORE.Full Driver’s License.What We OfferAttractive remuneration packageBase salary plus 40% site uplift12 months assignmentAt RSGx, you’ll be part of an experienced, energetic, and collaborative team that values stability, career development, and innovation.
