About the role
The Assistant Services Officer acts as a client liaison coordinating site operations during programs and events to a diverse range of clients all while providing a level of customer service.
The Assistant Services Officer may perform other on-site activities during events; this could include operational support, assisting with traffic flow and parking, distributing resources, setting up and packing up of event related equipment and safely operating equipment as required.

About you
4. Ability to assist Catering Officers in the kitchen, including operating commercial dishwasher, and operating the bar when required.
5. Experience undertaking basic administration-based tasks, including operating a point of sale, stock inventory and ordering of items.
6. Maintaining a high standard of customer service and effective communication with clients to understand and respond to their needs
7. Willingness to work on a rostered basis (hours generally range between 7am to 3.00pm or 11am to 7:00pm) and may include some weekend work.
