Classification: ANU Officer 8 (Administration) Salary package: $115,511 - $123,519 per annum plus 17% Superannuation Terms: Full time, Continuing Play a key role in the management of transformative learning abroad programming Become part of a dynamic team with a positive and collaborative culture Use and develop your leadership capabilities Position Overview The Global Programs team is responsible for the implementation, delivery, and support of Learning Abroad programs at ANU. The team provides support to colleges, students, and other stakeholders for the provision of credit-bearing international study experiences for students going abroad and international students coming to ANU as non-award exchange or Study Abroad students. The team manages the University's Learning Abroad funding including OS-HELP and the New Colombo Plan. This position will support the delivery of inbound and outbound Learning Abroad interactions by managing critical reporting requirements and risk mitigation activities with a focus on student wellbeing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compliance with relevant legislation, policy, procedures, and other requirements as well as the provision of support for risk mitigation and incident support. In addition to the above duties, this role will provide leadership to the Global Programs team and work closely with academic and administrative colleagues and students across the University to ensure that Learning BAroad programs, including student exchange, shot courses, and study abroad operations, are well managed and successful. This position involves occasional domestic and international travel.
