Responsibilities
1. Team Management:
1. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Subway staff.
2. Schedule and organize work shifts for employees.
3. Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
2. Customer Service:
1. Ensure that customers have a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service.
2. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
3. Financial Management:
1. Monitor and manage the restaurant's financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
2. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
4. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
1. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
2. Place orders for supplies and coordinate deliveries.
5. Food Safety and Quality Assurance:
1. Ensure that all food safety standards and regulations are adhered to.
2. Monitor the quality of food products and ensure they meet Subway's standards.
6. Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with Subway policies, procedures, and local health and safety regulations.
2. Stay informed about any changes in Subway's operational guidelines.
7. Marketing and Promotion:
1. Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
8. Training and Development:
1. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for employees.
2. Keep the team informed about new menu items, promotions, and other relevant information.
9. Facility Maintenance:
1. Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
2. Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements.
10. Reporting:
1. Prepare and submit regular reports to higher management on the restaurant's performance.
2. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Pay: $24.73 – $26.18 per year
