About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our client’s growing team in Melbourne’s West. This role offers the flexibility of both clinic-based work and mentorship for junior OTs. You will work with a mixed caseload of clients across the lifespan, providing comprehensive support while also playing a key role in mentoring and supporting junior therapists. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on client goals Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to junior team members Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary allied health team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development What’s in it for You?
