Rex is Australia’s largest independent regional and domestic airline operating a fleet of 61 Saab and 7 Boeing -NG aircraft to 58 destinations throughout all states in Australia. REX is currently seeking suitably qualified and motivated individuals with the ability to provide the highest level of customer service to our passengers as Contact Centre Consultants located in Orange, NSW.
Expressions sought for;
Multiple positions varying between 20-38 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handle all incoming calls politely, efficiently and professionally
2. Inbound reservation sales
3. Reservation and Ticketing functions
4. Answer general customer enquiries
5. Support travel agents and Rex airport locations
6. Support Internet Customers
7. Assist Administration support duties -CA cases, call stats data entry, assistance in BSP refunds.
8. Assist with Queensland Support in live-check-in and freight.
Essential Selection Criteria:
9. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within a call centre environment
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Professional phone manner
12. Good computer skills
13. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the willingness to work as a part of a team
14. Must be able to work shift and a rotating roster to accommodate the call centre operating hours
