Located in Park Beach Plaza, Coffs Harbour, and open 7 days, with 2IC rosters extending Sunday to Thursday.

Your Exciting New Role
Supporting Store Operations
As 2IC at SkinKandy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting store operations, assisting with leading a team of Body Piercing Retail Assistants.
You will run store operations, drive sales targets, and uphold our high standards of Sanitation and Piercing Best Practices.
Supported by your inspirational Area Manager, you will contribute to overall responsibility for the operational success of your Store.
Your leadership, mentoring abilities, piercing expertise, merchandising knowledge, and focus on compliance make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Your Unique Experience
* A genuine passion for the Body Piercing/Jewellery industry, along with the desire to begin or advance your piercing skills
* Leadership and coaching experience plus the ability to inspire
* An ability to role model professional conduct and supporting our values
* Experience in Body Piercing, Beauty, or Fashion Retail
* A love for creating phenomenal customer experiences
* A commitment to uphold processes, policies and compliance
* Visual merchandise and stock management experience
* A co-operative and can-do attitude

HLTINF005: Maintaining Infection Control certification (HLTINF005) is required for all SkinKandy Body Piercers prior to commencement. If you don't have this certification, no worries - we'll assist you in obtaining it so you can begin or continue your piercing career.
