In this role, you will ensure web pages are visually engaging, user-friendly, and optimised for performance. You will uphold content governance standards, including brand consistency and accessibility compliance, while contributing to the creation of compelling, error-free, and SEO-aligned content. This role also involves managing content updates through the Content Management System (CMS), editing images, supporting workflow management, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing general administrative support to enhance the overall digital experience. See destinationnsw.com.au for further details. About You You are a proactive and detail-oriented digital content professional with a strong background in web production and digital publishing. You have advanced experience using CMS platforms such as Drupal, along with a solid understanding of on-page SEO, metadata optimisation, and mobile-first design principles. With experience in Google Tag Manager, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing, you are confident in analysing content performance and making data-driven improvements. You’re also experienced in supporting the communication and troubleshooting of website bugs, including logging and managing issues through platforms such as Jira. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to manage competing priorities effectively while ensuring high-quality, accessible, and optimised digital content.
