About the Role An opportunity is now available for a professional, reliable, capable and friendly Administration Assistant to join our team. The primary purpose of the role is to implement, manage and co-ordinate the administrative activities of the business to ensure effective and efficient support to management and the architecture personnel. This includes the co-ordination of day-to-day administrative activities and personnel to ensure the delivery of quality professional services. You will be part of an Administration Team.This is a part-time position (min 15-20 hours per week) – flexibility is preferred as some weeks may require a heavier workload.Your Responsibilities Reception dutiesSupport & provide administrative assistance to Director and ArchitectsPreparation of Fee Proposals and SubmissionsGeneral and administrative duties regarding all office basics & architectural projects as requiredYour Skills and Experience Professional in appearanceStrong customer focusProactiveHighly organised and able to effectively prioritise workload and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and focus on accuracyCompetent computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteAble to follow through tasks to completionExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamEagerness to learn new processes and systemsAbility to learn new tasks quickly and work autonomouslySelf-motivated with the ability to use common sense and initiativeExcellent time management skills and the ability to multi-taskExperience working with Xero and Indesign is an advantage but not essentialWage will be negotiated with the successful candidate commensurate with the level of experience.How to Apply We welcome your interest in applying for this key role.
