About the role The Business Partner will provide strategic business partnering across our Therapy Services, Corporate Services, Client Services Support, Research Institute and Remarkable business areas.The combined headcount is approx.600 employees. The Business Partner's focus is to enable business leaders to effectively develop and deliver the people strategy to help business areas to achieve their strategic business goals.To succeed in this role, you will need strong business partnering experience with excellent stakeholder management and both strategic and commercial capabilities.Experience of leading on a range of strategic people initiatives (e.g.employee engagement, talent development etc.), organisational design and confidence in analysing trends to identify opportunities for improvement is a must for this role. Duties include: Partner with Exec and senior leaders to develop robust people strategies to support delivery of business goals.Support and collaborate with senior business leaders in organisational design discussions, proposing alternatives and helping to develop and implement strategies to optimise performance and deliver operational efficiencies.Partner with the Talent Development team to develop robust succession planning strategies and talent management programs to ensure the development of emerging leaders, high potentials for critical roles and continuous opportunities for career advancement.Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to plan for and deliver on the medium to long-term resourcing needs.Act as a thought partner with leaders to improve and drive forward people-related priorities.Partner with senior leaders to develop high performing and engaged teams through the implementation of the performance and career development framework.Participate in the development of the broader P&C strategy with P&C leadership team.Analyse people data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g.retention/turnover etc.).Lead/contribute to the scoping, design and delivery on a range of people initiatives.Provide strategic counsel and support to leaders on complex people related matters, dispute resolution as required.Seek advice and guidance from internal/external legal team as required to manage complex cases and litigation claims. About you: Extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, working autonomously at a senior level.Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Higher Post Graduate studies in a relevant field (Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business, Law, Commerce).Ideally experience in a range of service delivery/operational sectors would be demonstrable.Demonstrated experience managing multiple major projects at once.Demonstrated experience in influencing and working collaboratively with employees at all levels across CPA.Up to date knowledge on relevant employment legislation.Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal working with a high level of attention to detail.
