As a Premium Services Supervisor, you will assist the Premium Services leadership team in coordinating our daily operations. With excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming, you will be a confident individual with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience.
A few of your responsibilities :
1. Lead the shift to ensure team members are providing a high level of guest experience
2. Assist with Training & Development and Recruitment activities
3. Responding to any escalated matters to achieve a positive outcome
4. Support the teams professional development to maintain high standards of service
What are we looking for ?
5. Extensive experience in Gaming or Guest Service environment
6. Previous leadership or management experience
7. Passion to grow your career at The Star
8. In depth knowledge of a 24/7 entertainment/hospitality industry
9. Experience building positive working relationships between departments and within the team
10. Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster or permanent overnight shift (10:00pm to 6:30am)
