Well established organisation Permanent, hybrid role Strong MS Excel skills, Oracle a bonus As the Management Accountant, you will assist the finance team in undertaking financial operations, ensuring proper accounting practices, and providing accurate and timely financial and management reporting.You will also assist in compliance reporting and budget preparation. Main Responsibilities include: Preparing monthly General Ledger Reconciliations for Balance Sheet accounts Preparation of monthly BAS Preparation of monthly Payroll Tax returns for all States Prepare month-end journals for upload to the general ledger system Assist with the preparation of the Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Assist with analysis of business performance and identify reasons for variance to Budget/Prior Year Assist with annual Budget preparation and reporting Weekly and monthly sales reporting Internal management reporting as required Adhere to and enforce business and system controls Complete Australian Bureau of Statistics surveys Support for AR and AP teams if required Involvement in finance department's ad-hoc projects and assist team members as needed Essential skills and experience needed to be considered: Must have demonstrated experience in a similar role Must have solid MS Excel skills Must be Degree qualified CPA qualification or working towards CPA is needed Skills in Oracle highly regarded but not essential Sound like a role you are keen on?
